Curious about tenant utility costs in downtown rentals?

Hey everyone! I’m moving to downtown Toronto soon and I'm confused about what’s included in rent and what I need to pay separately. I’m looking at places around St. Lawrence Market for about $2600/month. Are utilities usually included, or should I expect extra bills? Any tips would be appreciated!
