Price check: $2400 for 2BR near Queen West - is it a good deal?

I found a 2BR unit for $2400 in Queen West that's walking distance to the subway and has in-suite laundry, but it feels a bit high for the area. I'm really looking for a good balance of price and quality, but I’m not sure if this one is reasonable. Am I overpaying?
