Price check: $2300 for 2BR in downtown Toronto

Considering a 2BR apartment for $2300 near Queen and Spadina. It has updated appliances and in-suite laundry, but I'm unsure because the building is 15 years old. Is this a fair price in the current market, or am I overlooking something?
