Can't escape the noise – such a struggle!

The walls in my apartment feel like paper, and I can hear every little thing from my neighbors. Street noise is relentless, especially with the construction nearby. It’s frustrating when I just want some peace and quiet at home. Thinking about soundproofing options but not sure what to do.
