Should I take the $1500 studio or hold out for something better?

I'm really torn about a $1500 studio in a decent neighborhood versus waiting for something that might be a little better. Pros: it's within my budget, and the location is convenient for my job. Cons: it's small, and I'm worried about noise. I need someone to either validate or stop me!
