Frustration with Condo Rental Restrictions!

Does anyone else find condo board rules ridiculous? The rental restrictions and stringent bylaws limit how we can use our own spaces. Guests not allowed? Seriously? It feels like renters are discriminated against while trying to find a decent 1-bedroom condo in this city!
