Curious about applying to Toronto Community Housing

Hi all, I'm considering applying for Toronto Community Housing (TCH) but trying to wrap my head around the whole process. How does the TCH application work, and what are the eligibility requirements? Also, has anyone experienced the real wait times? Just trying to gauge if it's worth it!
