TTC Access, But at What Cost? Rent Prices Are Out of Control!

Another rent increase, seriously? I can't believe landlords think $2800 for a bachelor is acceptable. I'm SO sick of bidding wars; I've viewed 15 places only to find they're all taken within hours! Just got outbid AGAIN. How is anyone supposed to afford this nonsense?!
