Sick of Landlords and Rent Increases - This Market is Insane!

Another rent increase, seriously?! I just saw my landlord wants to bump my rent by $400 in one year. How is anyone supposed to afford this madness? I’m viewing places and they’re gone within hours. The bidding wars are infuriating! Just got outbid again. I’m over it!
