Worried About Landlord Renovictions in Toronto

I'm really angry and confused about my situation. My landlord keeps pushing for renovations, and I feel like they're trying to force me out. Is it legal for them to kick me out this way? What are my rights against this renoviction? I need advice on how to fight this! Is this a common tactic?
