Concerned About Possible Eviction - Need Guidance

I'm really worried about receiving an eviction notice and what my rights are if that happens. I've heard about N12 forms and illegal evictions, but I'm not sure how to protect myself. Can anyone share advice about tenant rights or the Landlord and Tenant Board process? Any help is appreciated!
