I found a 1-bedroom apartment in Parkdale listed for $2300. It has a renovated kitchen and is a short walk to the waterfront. However, I’ve heard prices can be all over the place in this neighborhood and I’m unsure if this is fair or if I should expect more hidden costs. Is this a good deal?
