Unpopular opinion: Liberty Village is overrated for what you pay

Fight me on this: Liberty Village may look like a trendy hotspot, but it has the audacity to charge premium prices for mediocre amenities. With all the construction and constant noise, it's hard to justify those rents when better options exist just a few steps away. Change my mind!
