I’m so fed up with my landlord! Leaks in the plumbing that he refuses to fix, and every time I ask, he gives me the same excuse. Our rent is $2100 for a one-bedroom, and I feel trapped. Is it common to deal with this kind of negligence in Kensington? Any tips on how to handle this situation?
