Fed Up with My Bad Landlord: How to Report Them in Toronto?

I'm at my wit's end with my terrible landlord! The building is falling apart, and the treatment I've received is unbearable. How do I file a complaint? I hear about RentSafeTO and the tenant hotline, but I want to ensure I get them in trouble. Where do I report this? I need justice!
