Finally got my utility questions answered!

Just want to share something positive for once! After a bit of confusion regarding utility costs, my landlord took the time to clarify everything that's included in my rent. It's such a relief to know exactly what I’m paying for and to have a landlord who cares. Feeling grateful today!
