Why is Toronto Housing So Darn Expensive?

I just can't wrap my head around why Toronto housing is so ridiculously priced! 🚨 I mean, compared to NYC, it feels like we’re getting robbed, and even with Vancouver price tags, it's like Toronto just wants to top the charts! How are these prices justified? Anyone else feeling this shock?
