My landlord plays the accordion every night after 7pm!

Is this normal landlord behavior or am I the weird one? My landlord told me there's a no-music rule after 7pm, yet they serenade the entire building with accordion tunes until midnight! They even call it 'the nightly entertainment'. Anyone else have a quirky landlord like this?
