$1500 for a studio in Parkdale - is this reasonable?

I found a studio for $1500 in Parkdale, which seems a bit high for the area, but it's close to transit and has a small balcony. I'm unsure if the rent includes tax or if there are additional fees. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking?
