Is Square One Worth the Cost for Transit Access?

I'm considering moving to the Square One area but am unsure if the price is justified. With a focus on transit access, does living near the TTC subway lines provide enough convenience to justify the higher rent? Looking for insights if the benefits outweigh the costs.
