Weather disaster on moving day - snowstorm chaos!

Survived my move, barely! It started snowing heavily the night before, and by morning we had over a foot of snow. The moving truck got stuck in our driveway, and we had to dig it out just to get everything loaded. Has anyone else moved in bad weather? Any tips for smoother sailing next time?
