I’m feeling the pressure with my lease ending soon. When viewing places, I really want to know about utilities and the neighborhood vibe. Red flags for me are musty smells or signs of neglect, like flaky paint or crazy stains. What questions should I ask landlords to really gauge if it’s the one?
