Dealing with Noisy Neighbors in Toronto - Need Advice

I'm so frustrated with my noisy neighbors! Every night it sounds like a party, and my landlord won't help. What are my tenant rights when it comes to noise complaints, and how do I enforce quiet hours? I just want to be able to sleep peacefully in my own apartment!
