I'm looking to move to Leslieville this spring with my partner, and we're hoping to find a two-bedroom. I've seen listings ranging from $2300 to $2800. Is this reasonable? What should we expect in terms of amenities and parking costs? Any tips for negotiating rent would also be appreciated!
