Condo Board Rules Are Driving Me Crazy!

I'm so frustrated with these condo rental restrictions! I don't understand why some bylaws limit tenants so much, or why guests aren't allowed. It feels like renters are constantly discriminated against, and it makes finding a decent place so much harder. Anyone else feel this pain?
