Tired of Constant Rent Hikes - It's Outrageous!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? My landlord wants to raise my rent by $400! Just got outbid again on a mediocre 1-bedroom. I'm so sick of this market, viewed 15 places all taken within hours. It's like we’re in a never-ending nightmare.
