Is $1700 for a studio in East York too good to be true?

Found a studio for $1700 in East York that's recently renovated with utilities included. I’m really tight on my budget, but it feels like a steal compared to other listings! Is this a fair price or am I missing something? I just want to make sure I'm not overpaying.
