Best Neighborhoods in Mississauga for Renting?

Hi everyone! I'm new to Mississauga and looking for the best neighborhoods to rent, especially in basement apartments. Can anyone recommend safe areas that have legal rentals, good windows, and are moisture-free? I want to make sure I'm living in a nice community. Thanks!
