Price check: $2300 for 2BR in Midtown Toronto - is it worth it?

I found a 2BR apartment listed for $2300 in Midtown Toronto. It has a decent kitchen, in-unit laundry, and is close to transit, but I'm worried it's overpriced for the area. I’ve seen lower prices for similar units and I’m not sure if I should jump on this deal or keep looking.
