Concern About Unfair Deposit Deductions

I'm worried about my last month's rent deposit. My landlord is trying to keep a large portion for 'cleaning' even though we left the place in great shape. Has anyone else dealt with this? It feels really unfair, and I'm not sure what my rights are in Toronto.
