Apartment hunting vent - feeling exhausted and burnt out

Just need to vent real quick. I’ve lost track of how many places I’ve applied to, and not a single callback. Each viewing has at least 15 other people, and then on top of that, the listings vanish within hours! This market is ridiculous and I'm so done with this process.
