1 month update: moved to North York from downtown

Quick update since people asked! The rent here is lower than downtown, but I was shocked to discover that utilities aren't included, which bumped up my total monthly cost. Parking can be a hassle too. Overall, it's quieter and family-friendly; I recommend it if you're ready for a bit more space.
