Looking for 2-BR deals near transit construction - any tips?

With the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT projects underway, I’m wondering if anyone has found rental discounts for 2-bedroom apartments in those zones? I’m curious about how much of a trade-off the construction inconvenience might bring versus lower rent. Any insights? Thanks!
