Hey everyone, I'm an empty nester looking to downsize from my family home in the Beaches to a condo or smaller place in downtown. I’ve been eyeing spots like Kensington Market and Queen West. Is $2,500/month reasonable for a one-bedroom there? Any tips on what to watch for in leases? Thanks!
