Moved in on the coldest day of the year - what a nightmare!

Survived moving day in a snowstorm, but it was chaotic! My truck got stuck for hours, and then I found out my new basement apartment had no proper windows. Frozen fingers aside, I’m worried about moisture and legality issues now. Anyone else have similar moving day surprises?
