GO Train from Mississauga to Downtown Reliability

I'm considering taking the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown Toronto for my daily commute. How reliable is the service? Also, what is the frequency of trains during peak hours and the cost for a monthly GO pass? Any insights on the experience would be appreciated!
