Just lost another place - bidding wars are crazy!

I can't believe it! I just lost out on another rental because someone offered $250 over asking! This bidding war madness is unreal. How are people even managing to pay these prices? I feel like I'm in a competition with no end in sight. Anyone else feeling this stress?
