Need a rental in Liberty Village - Any tips?

My lease is ending soon, and I'm feeling the pressure to find a place in Liberty Village. I've seen some listings around $2400 for one-bedroom apartments, but I'm wondering if that's too much for the area? What are my options at this price point? Any advice would be appreciated!
