Frustrated by Unresponsive Landlord - Help!

I just moved to Toronto and my landlord has been completely unresponsive. I’ve reported maintenance issues multiple times, but nothing gets fixed. I also feel like I’m being given the runaround about my security deposit, and it's really stressing me out. Anyone else facing this? What can I do?
