Price check: $2200 for 1BR in Kensington Market

I found a 1BR apartment for $2200 in Kensington Market. It’s newly renovated and close to transit, but I'm worried it might be overpriced for the area. Is this a good deal or am I overpaying? I want to make sure I’m not missing something before I apply.
